Harborside Court Condominiums – Northbrook, IL
This project was a full roof tear-off of residential condominiums in Northbrook, IL. Once the tear off was complete, we installed a 25-year Johns Manville NDL (no dollar limit) specified roof. We installed two layers of 2.6-inch insulation with saddles and a RhinoBonded 80 mil TPO system.
