At Advanced Roofing safety comes first. It’s part of our culture and also part of the initial hiring orientation for all employees. Advanced Roofing is committed to developing and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment. We conduct continuous safety and health training throughout the year and most all of our employees have completed an OSHA 10-HOUR CERTIFICATION COURSE. We offer extensive and ongoing training programs to eliminate confusion with standard roofing procedures and the handling of all roofing materials. Communication is key to everyone’s safety and we conduct weekly tool box talks to effectively reinforce and transfer safety awareness.

To ensure and demonstrate our commitment to safety, Advanced Roofing has retained a third-party safety consultant, Safety Check, Inc. They conduct and monitor ongoing job site inspections and provide important feedback on specific job site conditions and overall safety awareness for each project. Safety Check helps to ensure our job sites are safe and that we are following good safety practices and procedures during all roof installations.
